Has my order been sent out ?

We aim to send all items out the same day the order comes through before 2pm, however the moment your order is marked as completed on our system means we have handed it over to the delivery paertner.

Where is my order ?

Please look at the note section on your order once marked as completed, the tracking number will be applied, the courier company next to this, your order should be on a next day delivery for the most of the UK, should it not be coming it may be that courier has experienced a delay.

Can I collect ?

Yes you can collect, please however phone ahead to ensure we our ready with your product in stock and bottled.

Can I set up regular orders ?

Yes please contact the office to arrange this, we do this for some very large companies.
